BC SoftWear continues its international expansion

It’s been a big year so far for BC SoftWear. In the last quarter, we’ve added a raft of new high-end hotel and spa properties to our client list, both at home and abroad. We’re proud to be working with the very best in the spa and hospitality sector, helping them to ensure guests experience the luxury they deserve.

“We’re pushing BC SoftWear’s boundaries and expanding the business into Europe and beyond, more than ever before,” says founder and CEO, Barbara Cooke. “We’re already the towels, linens and robes company of choice for many of the world’s most prestigious properties, and we’re thrilled to add hotels and spas in Ibiza, Marbella, Barcelona and the Caribbean to that list.”

We’re now supplying spa linens for the newly opened Soho Farmhouse in Ibiza, as well as a full complement of products to Marriott’s Le Meridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa near Barcelona. Champneys has also selected us for its debut European spa at the Gran Marbella Resort in Spain, part of the Iconic Hotels collection.

Further afield, the Cotton House boutique hotel on the St Vincents and Grenadine island of Mustique in the Caribbean is now using Elegance towels in Pebble and SupremeSoft treatment towels in pebble in its Cottage House Spa. “Towels and robes are an essential part of every spa’s offer, but they can be so much more,” says Cooke. “Our products help to make properties like the Cotton House truly memorable, upping the level of luxury and fuelling secondary spend.”

New wins in the UK

Closer to home, new clients include the vibrant Ffolkes Spa in Norfolk, which offers a fun, feel-good take on wellness in its colourful, social space and the new boutique Gleddoch Golf & Spa Resort near Glasgow in Scotland, which has opted for bespoke slate grey SupremeSoft Deluxe bathrobes. The iconic Victorian inspired St. Pancras Spa in London’s Kings Cross has opted for new Exquisite robes with blue piping, and both Dorchester Collection’s Coworth Park near Ascot and the Old Course Hotel Golf Resort & Spa in St Andrews have selected BC SoftWear for their newly refurbished spas.

“Two new clients have ordered the ” says Cooke. “Both Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa in Wiltshire and Templeton Garden London selected our newest robe, which is elegantly tailored from a minimalist 220gsm fabric and has a unique rice weave pattern, available exclusively in pristine white. They liked the minimalist look and the overall elegant design of the Zen robe.

“In a new move for us, we’re also working with bathroom supplier House of Nosa, which has selected branded towels and bespoke labels to sell alongside its luxury bathrooms. Our goal is always to work alongside the very best in the business to provide guests with the 360˚ luxury experience. We’re increasingly becoming the textiles supplier that high-end brands turn to first.”
