Meet Anne, our Sales and Purchasing Coordinator, who has been with BC SoftWear since 2022. Her role is the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring that our inventory is always aligned with customer needs. From purchasing stock to coordinating with suppliers, Anne is the unseen hero making sure that everything runs like clockwork.

"It’s all about balance," she says. "The right products, in the right place, at the right time."

A day in the life

Every day for Anne begins with a check on stock levels. Then it's straight into emails, liaising with suppliers, processing orders, and coordinating with the team. "It’s a mix of managing details and staying ahead of the curve," she explains. The role is a blend of strategy and logistics, but ultimately, it's all about making sure our clients get what they need, when they need it.

Team spirit: A memorable moment

When asked about her most memorable moment at BC SoftWear, Anne reflects on a day that put the whole team to the test. "We had to put together 300 goody bags for an event – and it had to be done in a single day! Everyone got involved, regardless of job titles. It was chaotic, but so much fun. It’s those moments when you realise how special the team is here."

Anne believes it's the people that set BC SoftWear apart from others in the industry. "The team here is incredibly passionate – not just about delivering great products but genuinely caring for our clients and each other. It’s a collaboration where everyone goes the extra mile, and that’s something you can’t fake."

If she could switch roles…

Anne reveals that if she could trade places with anyone for a day, it would be someone from the marketing team. "There's something fascinating about brainstorming ideas and developing campaigns that captivate our clients. I think it would be a refreshing change of pace!"

• Favourite Childhood Activity? Swimming! "As a child, you’d find me at the pool almost every weekend. There’s something so freeing about being in the water."

• Go-to Comfort Food? Without hesitation – pasta. "There’s something about a creamy, cheesy bowl of pasta that just makes everything better!"
