Returns
If you'd like to return your order, please contact us via email or phone, providing your order number, details of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we’ve received this information, we will issue you with a return code. Please include this code on your parcel.
We can arrange a collection for your return or provide details of where to drop it off. Please note that there may be costs associated with the return depending on the circumstances.
Non-personalised items can be returned for a replacement or refund within 14 working days of delivery, excluding delivery charges. Personalised items, however, can only be returned if they are faulty.
